Job Description
DKJS Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is looking for an Accounts & Client Services Executive to support our portfolio of SME and corporate clients.
This is a hands-on role covering accounting, tax, payroll, client servicing, corporate administration and employment/work-pass matters. The successful candidate should be organised, responsible and comfortable handling multiple client accounts and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting, Tax & Payroll
- Handle full sets of accounts for a portfolio of SME clients.
- Perform bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger work.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounts.
- Prepare schedules and supporting documents for financial statements and compilation reports.
- Assist with corporate income tax computations and Form C-S filings.
- Prepare and submit GST returns.
- Handle payroll computation, CPF submissions and related payroll records.
- Monitor accounting, tax and statutory filing deadlines.
- Liaise with clients to obtain accounting records and follow up on outstanding documents.
Client Services & Corporate Administration
- Manage assigned clients and respond to enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Advise clients on required documents, submission procedures and filing requirements.
- Maintain client records, checklists and status updates.
- Follow up closely on outstanding matters and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with general corporate secretarial and ACRA-related administration where required.
HR, Work Pass & Immigration Support
- Assist with employment contracts, onboarding and employee records.
- Assist with MOM work-pass applications, renewals and related submissions.
- Experience handling Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, Work Permit and Dependant's Pass applications will be advantageous.
- Experience assisting with ICA Permanent Residence (PR) or other immigration applications will also be an advantage.
- Liaise with clients and candidates to obtain supporting documents and follow up on application matters.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Relevant accounting or corporate-services experience is preferred.
- Able to handle full sets of accounts independently.
- Familiarity with Singapore ACRA, IRAS, CPF and MOM requirements is advantageous.
- Experience in an accounting firm, corporate service provider or employment agency will be an advantage.
- Good communication and client-servicing skills.
- Able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Careful, organised and willing to learn beyond accounting work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software.
