Full Time Injection Molding Moulder Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in POSITRONIC ASIA PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Moulder to set up and operate injection molding machines.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up molds, machine parameters, and auxiliary equipment as per setup sheet.
2. Perform mold changing, color changing, and material changing.
3. Start up machines and conduct first article inspection to ensure quality.
4. Troubleshoot molding defects (short shot, flash, sink mark, warpage, etc.).
5. Optimize cycle time and process parameters.
6. Monitor production and ensure machines run efficiently with minimal downtime.
7. Maintain 5S and housekeeping around machines.
8. Fill up production reports and process records.
9. Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, and Toolroom for any issues.
10. Ability to train operators on safety procedures, material handling, and basic machine operations.
11. Perform inspection, maintenance, and upkeep of company facilities such as cooling towers, air compressors, and related equipment.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in injection molding.
2. Knowledge of various plastics materials (LCP, PC, PP, PA, Ultem etc.).
3. Able to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
4. Willing to work shifts / overtime.
5. Physically fit and able to work in hot environment.
6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
