• Lead cross-functional efforts to embed AI/LLM capability into data sourcing, connectivity and reporting, driving smarter, more efficient ways of working across the organization.
• Proactively identify and build automation and AI opportunities across BI, quality tracking and customer service workflows to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time.
• Support the build-out and scaling of AI tools already in flight (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, AI-driven verbatim and ticket analysis) across the wider organization.
• Ensure best practices and data standards are consistently upheld, so outputs remain accurate and trusted as the single source of truth.
• Design and implement proactive alerting mechanisms that route client health and escalation signals to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner, equipping account managers with full visibility ahead of client engagements.
• Identify ways to streamline workflows and reduce reliance on costly seat-based CRM licenses, moving colleagues onto more efficient, automated alternatives.
• Act as a confident representative of the team with stakeholders, stay current on AI developments and help drive forward-thinking initiatives across the business.

• Sound, hands-on grasp of AI/LLM concepts and tools (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power BI Copilot), with genuine enthusiasm for staying at the forefront of AI developments.
• Programming/scripting experience (e.g. Python, SQL, Power Automate or similar) sufficient to build and maintain data connectivity and automation solutions in the background.
• Experience or demonstrated aptitude in data sourcing, data integration, and business intelligence (BI) reporting environments, with proficiency in data base management (using Microsoft Fabric), data modelling, and data querying.
• Can-do, forward-thinking mindset – proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and passionate about finding more efficient ways to do things through technology.
• Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to and influencing stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
• Ability to translate technical work into clear knowledge documentation for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in Market Research, Customer Service or Operations is a plus, but mindset and technical aptitude matter more than sector background.
