Full Time Banking Recovery Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Billmount Federal Territory - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Handle banking by reminding and follow up with customers on their overdue accounts.
• Able to converse fluently in Bahasa and English.
• Ability to communicate in other languages will be an added advantage.
• Be tactful and able to handle customers at all levels.
• Be alert and maintain professionalism while handling and communicating with a customer.
• Conduct field visits to customers with overdue accounts to remind, follow up, and collect payments.
• Negotiate repayment schedules with delinquent customers in line with company policies.
• Ensure all collections are handled securely and accurately recorded.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage.
• With or Without Experience, Training Is Provided.
• Good communication skills (BM & English).
• Self-discipline and Team player.
• Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen.
