Full Time Computer Technician (PC Build, Repair - Setup) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in BRIGHTSTAR COMPUTER SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

About the role:

We are looking for a Computer Technician to build, repair and set up PCs and laptops for walk-in customers at our Plaza Low Yat store.

Job location:

• Brightstar Computer outlet, Plaza Low Yat, Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur

• Nearest station: Bukit Bintang MRT / Monorail

Key responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops and peripherals

• Assemble and test custom PC builds for customers

• Install and configure operating systems, software and drivers

• Handle warranty claims and RMA with suppliers

• Advise customers on upgrades and technical issues

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related field

• Hands-on knowledge of PC hardware, troubleshooting and PC assembly

• Fresh graduates with strong hardware interest are welcome

• Good problem-solving and customer communication skills

• Patient and service-minded when explaining technical issues to customers

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
