Hiring: SAP Cutover / Deployment Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP Cutover / Deployment Manager to lead SAP implementation and go-live activities for a large-scale enterprise transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP cutover planning, preparation and execution.
• Manage deployment activities for SAP S/4HANA / SAP ECC implementations.
• Coordinate cutover plans, milestones, dependencies, readiness criteria and go-live activities.
• Lead mock cutovers, deployment rehearsals and go-live readiness assessments.
• Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, data migration, testing and business teams.
• Manage data migration coordination, release management and deployment activities.
• Identify and manage cutover risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Drive stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination during critical go-live periods.
• Support post-go-live stabilization, hypercare and business continuity activities.
• Ensure cutover activities are completed within the approved timeline with minimal business disruption.
• Work effectively in Agile and hybrid project environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of ERP/SAP implementation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP Cutover / Deployment Management experience.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC or large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional SAP deployment and go-live activities.
• Strong experience in cutover planning, execution and go-live readiness.
• Experience coordinating data migration and deployment activities.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Activate Project Manager certification.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP or equivalent certification.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation and cloud deployments.
• Experience working in Agile/hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet and/or Jira.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in candidates who have directly managed SAP cutover and deployment activities, including mock cutovers, deployment rehearsals, go-live readiness, data migration coordination, hypercare and post-go-live stabilization.
