Job Description

• Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
• Provide administrative support for HR operations and processes.
• Assist in the preparation and handling of employee documents and contracts.
• Communicate with employees and stakeholders in both English and German.
• Support HR-related queries and ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Handle reporting and documentation for compliance purposes.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful HR Ops German Speaker Should Have

• Proficiency in both German and English, both spoken and written.
• Required German proficiency of B2 level, B1 can be considered.
• Knowledge of HR operations and administrative processes.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage employee data accurately.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools is advantageous.
