Job responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain expediting plans aligned with project milestones
• Monitor supplier engineering, procurement, manufacturing, inspection, testing, and shipment activities for Equipment, Tagged and Bulk packages for topsides to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders and internal stakeholders to track order status.
• Conduct supplier progress meetings and drive corrective actions to recover delays.
• Follow up on post PO for Critical and long-lead items to ensure materials are delivered according to project schedules and contractual delivery requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Aibel policy, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, Logistics, Planning, and Construction teams to resolve issues affecting delivery.
• Prepare procurement progress reports, delivery dashboards, and status updates, forecasts and risk assessments for management and clients.
• Monitor logistics readiness, shipment status, and material delivery and coordinate with Aibel Thailand team and 3rd party logistics providers/freight forwarder to facilitate Customs clearance for timely delivery to Aibel Thailand’s yard.
• Monitor and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure all incoming goods are properly inspected, recorded and stored all related documentation is accurately filed and maintained in ProArc and project folders.
• Liaise with legal, finance, project planning, project control and document control to support project procurement activities to comply with Purchase Order & Purchase Agreement.
• Gather and share relevant external and internal information with stakeholders, management to support decision-making and effective project execution.
• Contribute to improvement processes within SCM methods and systems.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Work experience requirements:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar capacity within the upstream oil and gas sector
• Proven experience in expediting role in managing the FPSO topsides Equipment, Tagged & Bulk items.
• Experience interfacing with international suppliers and global supply chains with freight forwarder

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree
• Lack of formal education can be compensated with relevant experience in Logistics or Supply Chain.
