Full Time Senior IBM Datacap Developer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 10,800 in INNOVA DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IBM Datacap Developer to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-scale document capture solutions. This role requires strong expertise in IBM Datacap application development, custom workflows, production support, and seamless IBM FileNet-integration. The ideal candidate brings a background in Datacap customization using C#/.NET and VBScript, alongside a deep understanding of infrastructure tuning and database optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Customization: Design, enhance, and maintain custom Datacap actions, rules, and workflows using C#/.NET and VBScript.
• System Configuration: Configure and optimize OCR, text classification, data validation, recognition templates, and secure export processing.
• Integrations & APIs: Support and troubleshoot Datacap integrations with IBM FileNet Content Manager, external APIs, webservices, and e-mail systems.
• Performance & Support: Provide critical L2/L3 production support. Monitor and tune Rule Runner services, batch queue configurations, and system throughput to resolve processing bottlenecks.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Participate in application upgrades, migrations, deployments, and database optimization (SQL Server / Oracle).
• Collaboration: Partner with business users, infrastructure teams, and key stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and documentation.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

• Experience: 8–12 years in IT, with a minimum of 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on IBM Datacap development experience.
• Core Tooling: Expert-level mastery of Datacap Studio, Application Manager, RuleRunner, Datacap Navigator, and TM Web.
• Programming: Strong development skills using C#/.NET and VBScript.
• Data Ecosystem: solid experience with IBM FileNet Content Manager integrations and SQL Server or Oracle database systems.
• Support Aptitude: Proven track record in troubleshooting, debugging, root-cause analysis, environment refreshes, and software upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM Content Navigator (ICN) customization using JavaScript, Java, and Dojo frameworks.
• Familiarity with Datacap Web Services and REST APIs.
• Understanding of Windows Server administration, IIS, and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) best practices.
