Role Overview 

The Livestream Moderator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth, high-quality livestream execution across eCommerce platforms. This role is responsible for on-site livestream operations, host coordination, real-time issue management, and performance optimization to deliver consistent livestream excellence for clients and brands. 

Key Responsibilities 

Livestream Operation & Execution:

• Plan, set up, and run livestream sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and more.
• Ensure smooth and engaging livestream experiences using OBS and other streaming tools.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues with cameras, microphones, or other equipment.
• Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to align on visuals, promotions, and livestream objectives.

Livestream Host Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with livestream hosts.
• Manage host scheduling based on client livestream slots.
• Source and onboard new hosts that align with the brand’s image and goals.

Livestream Analytics:

• Track and analyze livestream and host performance on a weekly basis.
• Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategies to enhance livestream engagement and conversion rates.

Documentation & Administrative:

• Guide hosts through the onboarding and procurement process.
• Manage contracts, payments, and other administrative tasks related to hosts.
