Job Description

Yoga Gogo is seeking a friendly, confident and sales-focused Part-Time Studio Receptionist to support front desk operations, member enquiries and membership sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, sales conversations and working in a wellness environment. Sales effort and performance are a focus of this role.

There is also the possibility for the role to increase to 5 days per week (Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM from January 2027.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Customer Service

• Greet members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage front desk operations during assigned hours
• Handle enquiries in person, via email and social media
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised studio environment
• Support daily studio operations and assist coaches when required

Membership Sales

• Promote, explain and sell Yoga Gogo memberships and promotions
• Follow up with leads to drive membership conversions
• Support studio sales targets and revenue goals
• Record sales, enquiries and member information accurately

Job Requirements

• Friendly, confident and customer-focused personality
• Comfortable with sales and member conversations
• Good communication skills
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
• Experience in customer service, sales, fitness or wellness is an advantage
• Available Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
