AI Operations and Client Coordinator Intern Jobs, Salary up to SGD 1,500 in Tendou West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Tendou helps Singapore businesses improve how they appear in search engines and AI generated answers.

When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Google for a good local provider, only a handful of businesses are named. Many capable businesses are invisible in those answers and do not know why. Tendou researches where a business stands, improves the website and information that search engines and AI systems can read, and tracks whether visibility and enquiries improve.

You will work directly with the founder in a small operation where client work ships every week.

What you will do

• Manage client onboarding, follow ups, timelines, deliverables and campaign records.
• Keep a clear view of every client’s scope, approvals, next actions and reporting deadlines so work does not sit forgotten.
• Prepare straightforward client updates, meeting notes and follow ups for approval.
• Review AI generated research, website mockups, reports and campaign assets against a written checklist.
• Check that services, search terms, claims, ratings, awards, links and images are accurate and supported.
• Run documented AI assisted workflows and identify jobs that stall, repeat or produce poor output.
• Build and maintain simple CRM workflows, client trackers and campaign records.
• Support campaign and content execution.
• Pull performance data from tools such as Google Search Console and turn it into short, plain English client reports.

What we are looking for

• Clear written English and professional client communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the discipline to check instead of guessing.
• Comfort using ChatGPT or Claude.
• Good organisation without constant chasing.
• Confidence following up with clients and keeping commitments visible.
• Willingness to learn new tools, spreadsheets, CRM systems and simple technical workflows.
• No coding experience is required.

Useful but not required

• SEO, marketing or web content experience.
• Customer facing or client management experience.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, WordPress or CRM tools.
• Experience building small workflows with AI tools.

What you will learn

You will learn how AI search and online visibility work on real client accounts, how to manage clients from onboarding through delivery and reporting, and how AI assisted operations are reviewed before they reach clients.

Employment details

• Internship allowance: S$1,500 per month.
• Workplace: 71 Ayer Rajah Crescent, Singapore.
• Minimum commitment: 2 months.
• Singapore based applicants should have their own laptop and be comfortable joining client calls.
