Client Migration Specialist (CMO)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Migration Specialist to support customer migration and onboarding activities for a leading global financial institution.The role involves coordinating client migrations, managing stakeholder communication, validating documentation, and ensuring a seamless transition to new banking platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end client migration activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the migration process.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely completion of migration milestones.
• Validate client documentation, account information, and onboarding requirements.
• Track migration progress and provide regular status updates.
• Resolve client queries and escalate issues when required.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support post-migration activities to ensure successful client adoption.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Client Operations.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in client onboarding, account servicing, or banking operations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with banking migration or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of commercial banking, treasury services, or payment operations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and project coordination.
