Full Time Rental Asset Management (RAM) Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,500 in ICT ZONE SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

ICT Zone Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced Rental Assets Management (RAM) Manager to lead and oversee our end-to-end rental asset operations.

This is a leadership role for someone who is strong in asset lifecycle management, inventory, refurbishment, warehouse operations, and team leadership, with the ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Lead the RAM Function

• Lead the Rental Assets team, including store, refurbishment and technical support functions.
• Set KPIs, SOPs, operational standards and performance targets.
• Manage manpower, resources and departmental performance.

Manage the Full Asset Lifecycle

• Oversee rental, replacement, refurbished and disposal assets from acquisition through recovery and disposal.
• Ensure accurate RFID tagging, tracking, movement and accountability.
• Monitor asset availability, utilization, aging, maintenance and condition.
• Drive initiatives to minimize asset loss and maximize asset utilization and recovery value.

Oversee Store & Inventory Operations

• Manage receiving, storage, transfer, issuance and delivery of assets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stocktakes and effective inventory controls.
• Manage spare parts inventory and optimize store capacity and layout.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, security and inventory integrity.

Drive Refurbishment & Technical Operations

• Ensure rental assets are inspected, tested, prepared and delivered within SLA requirements.
• Oversee refurbishment, repair, maintenance and replacement activities.
• Monitor repair costs, turnaround time and quality.
• Support technical and operational requirements for asset deployment.

Manage Warranty, Recovery & Disposal

• Oversee warranty claims, vendor repairs and replacement processes.
• Manage asset recovery and disposal activities in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit records are maintained.

Drive Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve asset utilization, operational efficiency, service quality and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Procurement and other stakeholders.
• Analyze operational performance and implement corrective actions where required.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading operational functions and teams.
• Proven experience in asset lifecycle management, inventory control, refurbishment, repair, warranty, warehouse or store operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent planning, organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational functions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
