Full Time Costing Executive (Tender - Pricing) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Position : Costing Executive (Tender / Pricing)
• Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)    
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm 
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Monthly Salary Up to S$4,000 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300  
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry :  Commercial Kitchen Equipment / Engineering Services

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare costing and pricing for quotations and tender submissions.
• Review tender requirements and prepare cost breakdowns and pricing schedules.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations, costs and lead times.
• Analyse material, labour and related project costs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Project teams on costing information.
• Maintain accurate costing records and update ERP/SAP system.
• Manage multiple submissions within tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in costing, pricing, tender or related commercial roles.
• Accounting/Finance candidates with exposure to costing, budgeting or cost analysis are welcome.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with good Excel proficiency.
• SAP/ERP experience is an advantage.
• Able to work under tight schedules and meet deadlines.
