Full Time Permanent Way Inspector Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Hunters International Selangor - Maukerja

Job purpose

To lead coordination between internal construction team or Subcontractor with KTMB to ensure effective operations of the construction activities at site with the objective achieving the program and meeting health, safety, environment and quality objective.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

• Responsible to schedule and obtain line block application.
• Responsible, planned and prepare the arrangement for the operation of works train.
• To monitoring and schedule of tamping work sequence.
• Authority to imposed and increase the train speed caution.
• To lead of Track Maintenance and monitoring team and immediate respond and action of any emergency & incident reported.
• Responsible of track condition to ensure train safe to pass.
• Provide technical support to Subcontractor and the company's internal team.
• Coordinate and respond to KTMB for any operation and construction issue.
• Performs all activities for commissioning and responsible as Engineering Supervisor to complete works as per safe work procedures and completes in allocated time frames.
• Take lead for any joint inspection with QAQC, Consultants, KTMB, MOT etc.
• Responsible for preparing all construction and commissioning records and to get those certificates duly signed by KTMB, QAQC & Consultants.
• Monitored all rehab works Infra and Track, Culverts Drainage, fencing works construction works carried out by our own and other sub-contractors.
• To planned and control the quantity of track material.
• Follows all instructions of CM, PM & GM sincerely and satisfactorily.
• To responsible and ensure all works operation must complied with Client / KTMB rules and regulations, Project Technical Specifications and Approve working drawing.

Experience

• At least 5 years' experience in railway construction with an advantage experience in any KTMB's project.
• Previous PICOW experience in railways projects.
• Require coordinating with others internal department, Consultants, KTMB & Clients.

Education

• University or college certificate/diploma in engineering or equivalent.
• KTMB Permanent Way Inspector Certificate.
