We are looking for a commercially minded Project Manager to improve sales effectiveness through data, process optimization, technology, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
• Develop dashboards and reports for sales leadership.
• Improve sales and quote-to-cash processes and operational efficiency.
• Drive automation and process digitization.
• Manage and optimize CRM processes, preferably Salesforce.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders on commercial initiatives.
• Lead operational improvement projects and track business outcomes.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial/Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy.
• Strong sales analytics, reporting, and dashboarding experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
• Experience in process improvement and automation.
• Strong commercial, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Regional or multi-market experience preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
