Key Reponsibilities
Site Management & Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical problem-solving, site coordination, and progress reporting during client and internal meetings.
Engineering & Drafting: Apply building services codes of practice to produce precise shop drawings and coordinate cross-trade drawing overlays.
Quality Control & ISO Compliance: Enforce ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards; inspect materials and installations to identify non-conformances and prevent defects.
Cost & Supply Chain Control: Monitor supplier deliveries to prevent progress delays, manage inventory to minimize site wastage, and coordinate with the main contractor to eliminate rework.
Process Optimization: Research and implement innovative technologies and installation techniques to boost site productivity.
Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
3–5 years of relevant experience in a contractor environment
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards (ISO Internal Quality Auditor certification preferred)
Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) certification
