Full Time Senior Livestream Operation Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Beauty Cosmetics Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage livestream campaigns to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with Hosts, Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging livestream content.
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, GPM, traffic, engagement and sales.
• Identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve livestream performance and sales.
• Troubleshoot operational and technical issues during livestream sessions.
• Conduct weekly product, script and data training for the team.
• Conduct 1-to-1 coaching for Hosts on attitude, scripts, SOPs and performance data.
• Train and support team members to improve operational efficiency and performance.
• Manage the team with clear expectations and high standards, while being firm when necessary.
• Ensure livestream setup maintains a strong beauty and visual sense, including OBS, Host OOTD, makeup and overall presentation.
• Stay updated on livestream trends, platform features and best practices.
• Demonstrate strong ownership, responsiveness and accountability in daily work.
• Proactively provide task and campaign updates without constant follow-up.
• Lead by example and build trust, respect and strong teamwork within the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in livestream operations, e-commerce, FMCG, beauty or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of livestream performance and sales metrics.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Responsible, proactive and highly responsive.
• Confident in managing and coaching a team.
• Good sense of beauty, visual presentation and livestream setup.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
