We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for the right talent, and can keep things organised behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interviews and onboarding
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on hiring needs
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Manage recruitment platforms and maintain candidate records
• Support onboarding, employee documentation and HR administration
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and keep operations running smoothly
• Work closely with the management team on hiring and manpower needs

• Confident and comfortable communicating with different people
• Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Proactive, responsible and willing to take ownership
• Interested in building a career in HR and recruitment
