We are looking for an Executive English Immersion Coach & PA to work exclusively with a senior business executive in Singapore on a one-year, full-time engagement.

The role is approximately 70% English coaching/immersion and 30% light PA support. Rather than providing traditional classroom-style lessons, the coach will accompany the executive through his daily routine and create an English-only environment through conversation, study sessions, business discussions, meetings, meals and day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience teaching or coaching adult English learners, preferably executives or business professionals, and be able to design a personalised programme covering conversational fluency, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and business English.

The role also includes light PA responsibilities such as schedule coordination, meeting preparation, travel arrangements and management of learning materials.

Key considerations:

• Strong adult English teaching/coaching experience
• One-to-one executive coaching experience preferred
• CELTA / DELTA / TESOL / TEFL or related qualifications preferred
• Engaging, conversational and intellectually curious
• Comfortable discussing business, technology and current affairs
• Highly discreet and professional
• Able to start work at approximately 5:30 AM
• Singapore-based, with occasional overseas travel
