Part Time Kitchen Assistant Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,300 in SUPERGREEN (100AM) PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play an essential part in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. You will assist our chefs with basic food preparation, maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, ensure food hygiene compliance, and manage stock organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Food Preparation

• Wash, peel, chop, and trim vegetables, fruits, and other raw ingredients.

• Assist with basic cooking tasks, such as boiling, grilling, assembling salads, or preparing dressings according to recipes.

• Portion, label, and store ingredients properly in accordance with food safety standards.

• Ensure prep stations are fully stocked before meal services.

2. Kitchen Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Wash, sanitize, and store cookware, utensils, dishware, and kitchen machinery.

• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, chopping boards, prep counters, and equipment throughout shift.

• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, empty trash cans, and maintain waste disposal stations.

• Strictly adhere to hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) and local food safety regulations.

3. Inventory & Kitchen Support

• Unload, check, and store incoming deliveries of fresh produce, dry goods, and kitchen supplies.

• Practice FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation to minimize food waste.

• Monitor prep levels and notify the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager when supplies are low.

• Support line cooks and chefs during peak service hours as needed.
