Position: Recreation Attendant (Beach & Facilities)

Department: Recreation

Reporting To: Recreation Manager

Job Summary:

To ensure consistent beach cleanliness and guest-ready conditions by operating and maintaining beach cleaning equipment (Kubota), supporting sand levelling, debris removal, and overall beach presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily beach cleaning, debris collection, and sand levelling across designated zones
• Operate and handle Kubota beach cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct basic equipment checks and report any defects
• Support segmented cleaning operations and scheduled beach cleaning activities
• Support recreation activities and guest engagement. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in outdoor operations / machinery handling (tractor / Kubota preferred)
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Possess a valid Malaysian Driving License (Class F/H)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
