This role is one of very few positions that are primed to directly influence the guest experience. You will directly be able to ensure that our guests leave happy and satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurants—especially being able to identify unique opportunities to delight in the day-to-day service.

You’ll be in-charge of:
Leading and executing operations to achieve daily targets

Building and maintaining relationships with guests

Attending to guest feedbacks or complaints

Ensuring roster is efficiently planned and develop manning guide according to manpower budget

Identifying training needs and training plans tighten the competency gap

All HR, logistics & inventory, and admin matters (including welfare)

Petty cash and banking transactions

Facility management of the outlet

Supporting the ways of business development

Conducting training and develop SOPs

There is really nothing more satisfying in this world than a full flavoured Nasi Lemak followed by a simple Cendol.

Singapore has moved into a new era where local food had quietly become an amalgamation of factory-made products, and we began to fall out of love with many of our favourite dishes. Nasi Lemak was one of them.

A trip to the 2014 Nasi Lemak convention in Kuala Lumpur was like walking through a looking glass into a world that was somehow familiar, but completely forgotten. It was a festival filled with people celebrating their cuisine, and vendors who took pride in the food they served. We were treated to an incredibly diverse and delicious range of dishes, rice flavours and textures - it was life changing. As full as we were, our dessert of Cendol that followed at a roadside stall in Brickfields was probably the best thing we had ever eaten.

We returned to Singapore and decided that we had to bring back that same passion for Nasi Lemak & Cendol. After spending 2 years on our recipes and an equal amount of time sourcing the best coconuts in the world, we are finally ready to present to you The Coconut Club.
