The Role

We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Full Stack Developer to join a high-impact project within the finance sector. In this role, you will design and deliver end-to-end solutions using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js, translating business needs into robust, scalable, and secure technical implementations. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js

• Collaborate with architects and product owners to define scalable and modular system designs

• Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability

• Translate wireframes and design prototypes into responsive, accessible user interfaces

• Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like JUnit

• Participate in peer code reviews and support junior developers through technical guidance

• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery in Agile environments

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development

• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end tooling such as Webpack and Babel

• Proficiency in database technologies including MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL

• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is an advantage

• Familiarity with microservices architecture, UI/UX design in Figma, and security best practices is a plus
