Job Summary

To support the preparation and management of grant and non-grant reports. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with funding requirements, and timely submission of reports and supporting documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain grant and non-grant reports accurately and within stipulated timelines
• Ensure compliance with grant conditions, reporting guidelines, funding and audit requirements
• Reconcile financial and operational records to ensure completeness and reporting accuracy
• Maintain organized and comprehensive documentation for reporting and audit purposes
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding reporting requirements and submissions
• Identify discrepancies, missing data, reporting inconsistencies and follow up for resolution
• Analyze report variances and provide clear explanations when required
• Track and monitor reporting timelines to minimize errors and ensure timely submissions
• Support audit exercises and provide relevant documentation when required

Technical Skills and Competencies

• Strong reporting, analytical and reconciliation skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas and spreadsheet management
• Experience using AI tools to support data verification, reporting preparation, document review and process efficiency improvements while maintaining data privacy and confidentiality
