Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Brand Manager to develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen our market presence and support the growth of our food and beverage business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategies, marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent brand identity across all outlets and marketing channels.
Plan and coordinate digital marketing, social media, advertising and promotional activities.
Conduct market research and analyse customer trends, competitor activities and market opportunities.
Develop marketing materials and coordinate photography, content and promotional campaigns.
Work closely with restaurant operations and management teams on product launches, menu promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
Manage online platforms and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Develop partnerships, events and corporate marketing initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance, customer feedback and sales trends.
Manage marketing budgets and prepare reports on brand and campaign performance.
Coordinate with external agencies, designers, vendors and other business partners.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in brand management, marketing or a related position.
Experience in F&B, hospitality or consumer-facing businesses is an advantage.
Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Strong communication, analytical and project management skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.
