Full Time Executive, Security Jobs, in Worldwide Holdings Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard company assets, property, and personnel by maintaining a secure environment.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises and perimeter to prevent unauthorized access and detect signs of intrusion or irregularities.
• Monitor and control access at entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Prepare detailed daily reports on activities and irregularities, such as theft, equipment damage, or unauthorized persons.
• Investigate disturbances and suspicious activities and respond lawfully to protect life and property.
• Apprehend offenders and remove violators as needed.
• Monitor security systems, including alarm systems and CCTV, and operate emergency and detection equipment.
• Validate and prepare Memorandum of Payment (MOP) for security-related service providers.
• Coordinate with emergency services, such as the police or fire department, in the event of incidents.
• Operate screening devices to prevent the entry of prohibited items into restricted areas.
• Maintain and inspect security systems and equipment to ensure proper operation and detect signs of tampering.
• Warn individuals of rule violations or misconduct, using appropriate force when necessary.
• Procure HSSE-related equipment through e-WOPS or direct purchase channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security-related role.
• Proven experience as a Security Guard or Security Officer in a relevant capacity.
• Proficient in operating security systems and responding to emergency situations.
• Strong knowledge of safety and security procedures, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent surveillance and observational skills with strong attention to detail.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and conduct; must have a clean criminal record.
• Physically fit and able to handle potentially high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
