Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate transformation projects from initiation through

implementation.

• Translate transformation objectives into clear project plans, milestones and

deliverables.

• Work closely with business units, IT, operations and other stakeholders to drive

project execution.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure dependencies are identified and

managed.

• Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables and key milestones.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.

• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder discussions.

• Prepare project status reports, management updates and presentation

materials.

• Support business process improvement and transformation initiatives.

• Coordinate UAT, implementation, rollout and transition activities.

• Ensure project documentation, governance and approvals are maintained.
