Full Time Production Planner Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Thong Guan Development Kedah - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Control, monitor, and maintain production-related documentation and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in production audit preparations, stock-taking activities, and the coordination of departmental events and activities.
• Ensure the effective distribution, control, recording, updating, and filing of documents, paperwork, and system records in accordance with ISO standards and company procedures.
• Maintain and update production data in the Epicor system accurately and promptly.
• Support production planning activities by preparing reports, monitoring schedules, and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Ensure all production records and documentation are properly maintained for traceability and compliance purposes.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor experience is an advantage).
• Good organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
