Full Time SITE OPERATIONS ENGINEER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in IOS VENTURES SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

IOS Ventures Sdn. Bhd. provides maintenance services and supplies materials for Insulation and Expansion Joint works within the Oil & Gas and Power Plant industries. We are currently looking for a Site Operation Engineer to join our team.

Location : Taman Industri Sungai Buloh, Kota Damansara
Salary : RM3,000 – RM3,500 (Depending on experience and qualifications.
Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent

The requirement as below: -

• Possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) year of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and outstation.
• Willing to work additional hours, weekends or on-call when required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate confidently with clients, contractors and other relevant parties.
• Able to work independently, multitask and solve problems effectively.
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily site activities, manpower, contractors and resources.
• Monitor site progress to ensure work is completed according to the project schedule and requirements.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure all work complies with safety procedures, project specifications and client requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve site-related issues.
• Prepare monthly progress claims for ongoing projects.
• Prepare and coordinate project-related documents.
• Monitor projects until completion and satisfactory handover.
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Attend client meetings and manage project requirements or change requests.
• Assist with pre-tender, tender evaluation and post-tender activities.
• Assist the Project Manager in preparing and updating project schedules, timelines and documents.
• Manage the allocation and records of materials, equipment and tools.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
