Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital content (videos, photos, and graphics) for the company’s social media platforms, primarily TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and monthly promotions to attract more foot traffic to the kiosk.
• Shoot and edit trend-driven short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, or other relevant software.
• Support the operations team during TikTok Live sessions and engage actively with our audience in the comments.
• Track basic social media performance and pitch fresh ideas to boost brand awareness and overall sales.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree and required to complete an industrial training/internship in Marketing, Mass Communication, Creative Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Creative, thinks outside the box, and highly attentive to current viral trends on social media.
• Possesses basic skills in smartphone photography, videography, and visual editing.
• Confident, comfortable in front of the camera, and possesses good communication skills.
• A collaborative team player willing to travel to the business location (kiosk) for on-ground content shooting.

Position & Allowance

• Intern (Media & Marketing) : RM 800 monthly allowance

Job Details

• Location : Arena Prima Meru, Ipoh
• Contract Duration : 3 to 6 months
• Working Days : 5 Working Days (Flexible working hours can be discussed)
