Responsibilities
Lead the project team for relevant authority submission clearances.
Experienced in all phases of a project life cycle.
Experienced in handling PUB or LTA projects with track record.
Experience in utility management, shaft and manhole construction, road diversion will be advantageous.
Having a track record for underground works is a must.
Possess clear communication skills.
A bachelor’s degree related to built environment from an approved university (refer to BCA’s List of Acceptable Qualifications for Accreditation of Resident Engineer) with 12 years working experience and at least 7 years in project management.
Able to prepare and do presentations to all stake holders.
Able to tackle construction technical issues and suggest solutions.
Able to plan and lead the project from start to finish.
