Job Summary
Drive sales growth by promoting contact lenses and solutions, building strong customer relationships, and implementing market-driven sales strategies for VITOP’s optical products.
Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets by applying professional sales techniques to promote and sell contact lenses and solution products
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline
Establish, develop, and sustain positive business and customer relationships with eye care professionals, retailers, and distributors
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
Develop and implement tailored sales strategies based on local market analysis
Participate actively in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and conventions to enhance brand presence
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of contact lenses, solutions, and general eye health to provide expert advice and training
Provide training and support to customers on proper product usage and benefits
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to inform management decisions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for continuous improvement
Manage product inventory and samples to ensure availability and support sales activities
Utilize MS Office and CRM software proficiently to manage sales data and customer information
