Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Skincare Beauty Advisor to join By Wishtrend Malaysia You will be the face of the brand, responsible for providing personalized skincare consultations, product recommendations, and exceptional customer service to drive sales and build customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Greet and engage customers with a warm and approachable manner.
• Provide one-on-one skincare consultations based on customer needs, skin type, and concerns.
• Recommend suitable skincare products and educate customers on proper usage.
• Drive sales by meeting or exceeding personal and store sales targets.
• Product Knowledge
• Stay updated on product knowledge, skincare trends, and ingredient benefits.
• Participate in regular product training sessions.
• Confidently explain product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques.
• In-Store Maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Conduct basic skincare demos or testers with hygiene protocol.
• Reporting & Feedback
• Collect customer feedback and insights to share with the brand/trade team.
• Support in reporting sales data or inventory concerns.
