Job Vacancy: Part Time Retail Assistant (Gadgets & Toys)

Yishun Northpoint City

Part-Time (Local Applicants)
Salary:
S$1,200 per month
Working Schedule:
3 days per week
Additional Benefits
Attendance Incentive:
S$100
Public Holiday Allowance:
S$50 per public holiday worked
(Not applicable if a day off in lieu is provided.)
Sales Incentives & Retail Commission Provided
Preferred Experience
Candidates with
mobile phone accessories retail experience
will be preferred.
Candidates with
screen protector installation experience
will be given priority.
Experience handling
gadgets, toys, and mobile accessories
is an advantage.
Requirements
Cheerful, patient, friendly, and responsible.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to keep up with the latest
gadgets, toys, and mobile accessory trends
.
Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
Able to interact with customers politely and professionally.
Punctual and reliable.
Flexible and able to work according to a pre-arranged roster.
Main Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Share product knowledge and provide suitable recommendations.
Assist customers with
gadgets, toys, and mobile accessories
.
Maintain a clean, neat, and organised store environment.
Handle customer enquiries, concerns, exchanges, and returns.
Operate the cashier accurately and responsibly.
Work together with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
