Responsibilities
Coach and guide employees, resolve operational issues, and act as a link between subordinates and upper management.
Ensure daily operations are carried out efficiently and productively to support profitability and sustainable business growth.
Demonstrate responsibility, honesty, and professionalism in all duties.
Arrange daily stock levels and place orders for goods as required.
Prepare staff schedules and arrange rest days to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
Identify and implement solutions to address manpower shortages.
Set performance goals and deadlines in line with the company’s plans and vision, and communicate expectations clearly to employees.
Organise workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback, coaching, and guidance.
Handle employee and customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records.
Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.
Recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
