1. Window to all customers’ complaint for quality related matters of products which has started mass production.

2. Window to all suppliers and sub-contractors related quality complaint of materials which has started mass production

3. Ensure suppliers’ continually supply quality material for mass production usage.

4. Coordinate and provide support to customer/third party audit.

5. Perform audits to supplier/sub-contractors/internal

6. Maintain and improve company’s calibration program.

7. To derive effective analysis methods to improve products’ quality and defect’s troubleshooting skill.

8. To maintain and improve on inventory control for non-conformance products/materials

9. Ensures continuous actions to achieve department KPIs’

10. Ensures PMS system is updated for non-conforming products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
