Description:
This position reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and acquiring new corporate services clients. The role works closely with the operations, accounting and corporate secretarial teams to deliver tailored business solutions with customers.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
2. Generate and qualify sales leads.
3. Conduct client consultations and prepare proposals.
4. Build relationships with referral partners.
5. Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
6. Coordinate smooth client onboarding.
7. Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
8. Participate in networking and business events.
9. Monitor market trends and competitors.
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Business development and consultative selling.
2. CRM and pipeline management.
3. Proposal preparation and presentation.
4. Negotiation and relationship management.
5. Knowledge of Singapore corporate services and company incorporation.
6. Digital prospecting via LinkedIn and email.
7. Communication and stakeholder management.
8. Market research and reporting.
