Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Service Crew member to join our team. You will play a key role in creating a positive experience for customers by serving high-quality gelato and soft serve with excellent service. Working place is air-conditioned within LauPaSat.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve gelato and soft serve products according to company standards
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customers feel welcomed, satisfied, and happy
Attend to customer enquiries and handle feedback professionally
Perform cashiering duties, including handling payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store at all times
Assist with stock keeping, inventory checks, and replenishment
Carry out store opening and closing procedures
Requirements:
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to handle pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, attentive, and customer-oriented
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Will need to obtain Lvl 1 Food Hygiene license and other qualifications deem necessary for role
Working Hours
44 hours work week
4 or 5 days working days per week (depending on shift schedule)
