Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facial services or beauty therapy.
- Responsible for achieving sales and service performance targets.
- Provide professional facial treatments and excellent customer service.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain customer-focused under pressure.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Weekday off according to the work schedule.
- Willing to work under the supervision of the Shop Manager.
- Possess good customer service skills and the ability to make clients feel comfortable and at ease.
- Be attentive and sensitive to clients’ needs and preferences.
- Possess good hand skills for performing facial treatments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to explain treatments clearly.
- Thorough, responsible, and attentive to detail.
