Operations - Client Support Specialist Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,400 in Artisan Of Sense Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented operations & B2B support to manage our day-to-day atelier flow and corporate order execution.

Position Structure: This position is designed for Part-Time with a commitment of AT LEAST 3 days per week (approx. 20–24 hours/week, starting from $1,200/month). For high-performing candidates, this role has the potential to expand into Full-Time (up to $2,400/month).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Retail Operations

• Deliver a warm, exceptional experience for customers at our Joo Chiat atelier, sharing product knowledge and brand stories.
• Maintain atelier aesthetics, product displays, and cleanliness to high brand standards.

2. Project Coordination

• Serve as coordination support for corporate clients, assisting with project follow-ups, timeline tracking.
• Maintain our ongoing and upcoming project tracking system to ensure order execution stays on schedule.

3. Fulfillment & Inventory Oversight

• Package online retail and corporate orders with precision and luxury presentation.
• Monitor stock levels for finished goods and raw materials, regular inventory counts to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Must be able to commit to AT LEAST 3 days per week (approx. 20–24 hours minimum per week).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in client coordination, retail operations, or administrative support.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on studio/retail environment.
• Proficient in Mac, Microsoft Office, and basic digital tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business).
• A genuine appreciation for home fragrance, craftsmanship, and lifestyle brands.
