About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract) to join our growing team. You will be responsible for connecting talented candidates with the right career opportunities while building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer management.
• Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews to understand their experience, skills and career goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide suitable talent solutions.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop new client relationships and explore business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment system.
• Achieve individual recruitment and business development targets.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, business development or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in people, networking and relationship building.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
