Full Time Supervisor Cafe Kubang Kerian Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,700 in TANJONG PAUH Kelantan - Maukerja

A cafe supervisor manages daily cafe operations, leads front-of-house and back-of-house staff, and ensures high-quality customer service.

• Open and close the cafe, manage the point-of-sale (POS) system, and handle daily cash balancing or "cashing up".
• Supervise team members, assign shift duties, lead daily staff huddles, and assist during peak rush hours.
• Train new hires on menu items, coffee brewing, customer service, and food safety protocols.
• Monitor stock levels, order ingredients and supplies (like coffee beans, milk, and cups), and track waste.
• Greet guests, resolve complaints quickly, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Enforce hygiene rules, cleanliness standards, and health regulations (such as proper food storage and equipment cleaning)

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
