Full Time Haulage Assistant (Immediate) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,800 in TS SHIPPING & FORWARDING SDN BHD Sabah - Maukerja

We’re looking for a highly organized, team-oriented, and proactive Haulage Assistant to support our fast-paced logistics and operations team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate logistics software to update and monitor haulage movements and job status.
• Check, verify and update container records, including empty container return status.
• Arrange daily lorry movements, delivery schedules and driver assignments.
• Communicate and coordinate with drivers, customers, operations team and relevant PICs on job and truck status.
• Monitor job progress and delivery completion, and follow up on outstanding operational matters.
• Prepare, check and maintain delivery and haulage-related documents and records.
• Verify driver trip records for payroll calculation.
• Monitor PUSPAKOM inspection and JPJ road tax renewal due dates, and coordinate appointment bookings with drivers and the operations team.
• Prepare daily and ad-hoc operational reports as required.
• Assist with general haulage operations and other administrative duties when required.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field.
• Relevant work experience in logistics, administration, or operations is preferred.
• Computer savvy and experienced in using logistics software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• High sense of urgency and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
