READY TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF OPERATIONS?
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can do more than just manage daily operations.
At Pro Life Medical Supplies, you will have the opportunity to build a stronger Operations team, improve the way we work, reduce operational issues and costs, and help drive our journey towards GDPMD and ISO 13485 compliance.
You will oversee our Warehouse, Packing, Logistics, Servicing, Repairing, and Inventory functions and work closely with Sales, Purchasing, QA/RA, and other departments.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, developing people, improving systems, and seeing measurable results.
YOUR IMPACT
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Build a reliable, disciplined, accountable, and high-performing Operations team.
- Improve coordination and performance across Warehouse, Packing, Logistics, Servicing, Repairing, and Inventory.
- Reduce operational errors, delays, inefficiencies, and unnecessary costs.
- Strengthen SOP, GDPMD, ISO 13485, and QMS compliance.
- Improve service quality, operational efficiency, and overall customer experience and satisfaction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and manage daily operations across Warehouse, Packing, Logistics, Servicing, Repairing, and Inventory.
- Set, monitor, and improve departmental KPIs, productivity, service levels, and operational performance.
- Ensure timely delivery, accurate inventory, proper stock control, and efficient repair/service turnaround.
- Identify operational problems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and operational systems.
- Work closely with the Quality and Regulatory teams to support GDPMD and ISO 13485 implementation and compliance.
- Manage manpower planning, performance management, training, coaching, and team development.
- Lead experienced and long-serving team members through operational improvements while respecting their knowledge and experience.
- Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, QA/RA, and other departments to improve cross-functional coordination.
- Handle operational issues and customer complaints promptly and implement actions to prevent recurring problems.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, process improvement, and service enhancement.
- Take ownership of operational results and continuously drive the team towards better performance.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is a leader, problem solver, and doer — not someone who simply delegates tasks.
You should have:
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Technical Service, or related functions.
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, and/or technical service operations.
- Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries is highly advantageous.
- Experience with GDPMD, ISO 13485, QMS, or similar quality/regulatory systems is a strong advantage.
- Strong people leadership skills and the ability to earn trust and credibility with experienced team members.
- A strong KPI- and SOP-driven mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organisational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- A responsible, proactive, hands-on attitude with strong ownership of results.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
You won't simply be maintaining existing operations.
You will have the opportunity to shape how our Operations function works, develop people, strengthen systems, improve compliance, and make a measurable impact on the company's growth and customer experience.
If you are the type of Operations leader who sees a problem and thinks “How can we make this better?”, we want to hear from you.
