Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality early childhood care and education aligned with Tots & Teddies’ standards to support child development and well-being
Apply knowledge and skills from a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education to create engaging learning experiences
Ensure safe and effective childcare practices at all times
Demonstrate leadership potential by consistently performing and driving improvements in childcare delivery
Collaborate with colleagues to foster a family-feel environment that supports children’s growth and parents’ trust
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
L2-Certified by ECDA
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Leadership growth and development potential demonstrated through consistent performance and drive
