• Safety Management: Develop and enforce workplace safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and oversee crane operation safety.
• Health Oversight: Monitor employee health programs, ergonomics, and emergency medical preparedness.
• Environmental Compliance: Ensure adherence to environmental laws, waste management, and pollution control.
• Training & Awareness: Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns for crane operators and technicians.
• Incident Investigation: Lead inquiries into accidents, near misses, and unsafe practices, and recommend corrective actions.
• Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate with DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia) and other authorities for compliance audits.
• Documentation: Maintain records of inspections, permits, and compliance certifications.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
