We have an Immediate Opening Monitoring Engineer Subject Matter Expert with our reputed Client.

Client Location Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Experience: 5+ years

Role Details:

o Design, configure and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure system health, availability and performance visibility across infrastructure, networks, applications and security platforms in New Data Centre.

o Configure alerting, dashboards and event rules to ensure timely detection of incidents using existing monitoring tools (e.g. Nagios, ELK, Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.).

o Integrate newly provisioned or migrated systems into bank-wide monitoring frameworks.

o Perform proactive health checks, tuning and capacity monitoring.

o Support DR/Failover readiness by validating monitoring continuity across sites.

o Provide monitoring insights to support troubleshooting, performance tuning and root-cause analysis.

o Produce reports, documentation and monitoring standards for operational teams.
