Full Time Sales Merchandiser Jobs, in DKSH Selangor - Maukerja

About the Role

The Sales Merchandiser drives sales performance and in-store execution for assigned businesses and territories within DKSH's Healthcare business. This role contributes directly to achieving sales targets and overall business objectives through effective customer engagement, disciplined territory management, and strong in-store merchandising execution.

What You Will Deliver

• Support the management of day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
• Implement targeted action plans, including regular customer calls and visits, to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses and territories
• Track progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales plans, prioritizing and reviewing daily sales activities to optimize performance and results
• Execute sales activities for assigned businesses and territories, including product portfolio introductions, marketing plan presentations, order taking, marketing display set-ups, and in-store merchandising
• Prepare quotation and tender prices, delivery terms, and commercial terms in accordance with company policies
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and products through timely and accurate competition reports
• Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes, maintaining relevant customer information in appropriate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases
• Track and collect payments from customers in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain a customer complaints and issues log, following up diligently to ensure prompt resolution and sustained customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer orders and queries, proactively informing current and prospective customers of promotions and new or upgraded products
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Support internal stakeholders in building and developing relationships with key customers

What You Bring

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field; prior sales experience is an added advantage
• Experience in a sales or merchandising role is preferred; candidates with a demonstrated track record in field sales are strongly encouraged to apply
• Willingness and ability to travel across assigned territories; possession of own transport is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders
